“It was my second time getting my eye exam at Eye Boutique and had the most wonderful experience just like before. The entire process went smoothly. Staff were nice especially Amy who helped me with some vision tests prior to seeing the doctor. And of course, Dr. Chung who was really pleasant and knowledgeable.“

“I have had Dr. Calmere as my eye doctor for 4 years. I originally went to Dr. Zimmerman in that same office pretty much forever until he retired. After that I tried another office with bad results so I thought I would try Silicon Valley Eyecare again. I recall Dr. Calmere filling in for Dr. Zimmerman one time and he seemed pretty decent. After having him for the last 4 years I plan on sticking with him for a while. During my annual checkups I always have questions about the results and I am happy with the time he takes to explain things (I am VERY nearsighted and am extra careful about my eyesight). He is obviously well-educated and he applies his knowledge in ways that make a lot of sense. He seems to be current with his specialty but is careful about what he recommends. And I never feel rushed in my appointments. Unlike another Yelper I have never found Dr. Calmere "selling" me. Yes, I agreed to use the Optimap, but that makes another procedure unnecessary for me (getting my eyes dilated, which was needed in the past if you are very myopic). The office staff seem pretty nice and professional. The only negative I can see is that they seem to have a bit of turnover in that office.“

“I ran into a small problem with my glasses where the frame bent a bit, and I was unable to see my regular optometrist, because they were closed for the holidays. I went to Noah at Target Optical and he was able to get them fixed for me, no problem. I was in and out of Target in 5 minutes. Great service.“

Today Jennifer Palacios assisted me and helped me find the perfect new glasses. She was attentive and thoughtful when answering my questions. Dr. Linda Lin was super nice and accommodating during my eye exam also. I appreciate that I never feel rushed and can take my time looking for new frames. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I'm always excited and happy with my new glasses. This is why I always return.“

“I have been coming to 20/20 for approximately 6 years and I do not see myself going elsewhere! To summarize, the assistance I receive from Loan and Dr. Huang has been the best I have experienced from any sort of health facility. From a beginning, Loan was the sweetest initial contact I made with the office and the sole reason why I felt like I could trust the office. Every time I call now for an appointment, go in for my visits, or even to do a quick pick up, I cross my fingers and hope that Loan will be in due to her welcoming personality, knowledge, and the fact that she always helps me find the cutest glasses! In regard to my experience with Dr. Huang, he is knowledgeable and knows how to translate what is going on with my eye health in terms that I understand as a patient. I never leave the office without knowing if there is any concerns I should look for or how to treat those concerns if they do arise. Overall, I have always been greeted with a warm smile, and received care and orders in a timely manner- Not only do I love 20/20 but I recommend them to friends who also love them.“
