This is probably one of the best massages I've had in a very long time. Thanh is very attentive to your body and it's needs. She gives you exactly what you want. If you need heavy pressure or light pressure and relaxation she'll make sure you get that. Hot Stones, relaxing oils that are nicely scented, a full-service treatment. It was awesome, and worth every penny plus a nice tip. I will definitely be back. I haven't felt this good in a long time.

They do the best designs, and are the most accurate and artistic salon I've ever been to. You can give them any picture, or general idea and they will make it happen. I go to Lenora for eyebrow lamination and tinting, and I cannot recommend her enough. When I lived in Miami, my judgmental Cuban mother always shuddered at the sight of my eyebrows the day I got them done. Lenora has ended this pattern. For the first time in 4 years, my mom told me my eyebrows looked beautiful. Lenora listens to client needs, she is extremely talented, and she is also very sweet (making sure I’m comfortable and explaining the process to me each time). I found Amy through some Google searches for medical pedicures in the Bay Area. She did a fantastic waterless pedicure with special tools for damaged toes and solutions. I never felt judged in her salon, and it was a welcoming environment. The manicure I got was also very pretty. And it looks subtle, but clean. Amy took her time to fix up my toes and was gentle but thorough.
Her pricing is up front as well. She also seems like the type of salon that would help if you give her price point. Side note: the salon suite (103) building is right next to San Jose Camera & Video building if your GPS is wrong like mine lol.

Bianca is a very competent and knowledgeable massage therapist. I’ve been going once a month for sports recovery massage due to my over training tendencies at the gym. Venture Plumbing replaced my house entire pipe system, they also replaced faucets, shower head as well as installing water softener for my house. All workers were very professional, worked hard and knew what they were doing. They needed to open up the walls and after the pipe work was done, the sheetrock, electrician and painting workers also did a great job! They came every day at 8 am and finished by 4:30 pm and kept the work right on schedule. I recommend highly about this company!

I’ve been using my local The Cleaning Authority franchise for the past six months, and finally have enough experts leave a review. I have found the teams of cleaners who have come to the house to be careful, competent, and efficient. It took a few visits for the teams to get the hang of the house—how some of the built in appliances, bathroom fixtures, and light switches operated. Keeping the same crew was helpful with that. When a newer crew came a few times, and I had issues with the quality of the cleaning, the local management was understanding. At first I agreed with them to let the same crew come back and address issues, but when that didn’t satisfy me after two attempts the managers quickly offered to send back the earlier groups, who knew the house and had success in previous cleans, and they gave me payment credit for the unsatisfactory dates. So I recommend The Cleaning Authority both for the cleaning results and their management responsiveness. I’m pretty particular about the level of clean, and keep tabs based on how I’ve cleaned my own spaces. I’m very happy with getting within 5% of what I’d do myself; and not having to do it myself!!! Management has also been very helpful in occasionally letting me add additional areas, like our front porch, at reasonable prices. That’s a nice feature, too.

Geno was a straightforward delight to work with, and his crew (Randy, Steve and Peter) did a great job on our new hardwood floors. It is now two weeks out from Casa Utopia completing our home remodel project. We are absolutely delighted with the work and outcome.
The scope of our project went from simple hardwood floor replacement and painting of three rooms, to a complete bathroom remodel which included the relocation of water supply and drains.
Raz was our Project Manager. He maintained open lines of communication, explained every step, and kept the project moving. Previously, our other bathroom remodel took 10 weeks (different contractor). Raz had this bathroom project finished within 4 weeks (with an additional week for the flooring replacement of the other rooms). We never felt this was a side project for them. The team was at our house every morning at 8am, and put in solid hours to get our project completed.
As for quality, things I notice, all the grout lines are straight (wall and floor), the hardwood flooring was cut evenly (no jagged edging), texturing of the walls matches the walls that were not modified. We have consistency throughout.
We need to also mention and thank Nicole, who was our designer. She was very patient every time we changed our mind on a design element. Her quick turn-around on the CAD drawings helped my wife visualize the final project. This gave us the confidence that we were not going to regret any aspect of the final product.
If we had to do this over, we would choose Casa Utopia again. We have already recommended them to several friends.

Phoenix Contractors has remodeled our entire home - inside and out. They are extremely professional and honest, and they show up when they say they will be there - which is exceptional as many contractors are flaky. The work they do is top quality, and they never hesitated to redo something if it was slightly off from expectations. They even helped to solution things where we didn't know how something should be designed (Scott was great at doing this on more than one occasion!) - they came up with suggestions and recommendations and then implemented what we agreed. Bay Area Design & Construction recently completed a total rebuild of our home, and it turned out incredible! Our project was pretty complicated because we worked with a separate architect and landscape designer, and Payman's team had to coordinate with both. We also selected some specialty materials, which at times needed different installers. Darío and Gino were always there in person to support us and make sure all of the separate parties worked together smoothly. They responded immediately whenever we had questions or concerns. Payman made on-site recommendations to make the house more comfortable for us to navigate as we get older. They were also very patient with us when we took extra time to make decisions or work with vendors they weren't familiar with.
When there were hold ups with the city, Payman used all of his contacts to speed things up for us. And when the original appliance vendor our architect recommended had unexpected delays, he managed to source the same appliances much sooner and in time for our inspection.
We were very stressed being away from home and having so many decisions to make, but it was worth it. We couldn't have asked for kinder or more professional people to work with!

These guys came to our house and did such a great job on patching all the holes at our house and attic for rodents. Our community has been plagued by rodent for a long time and I often heard rodents running inside my attic. After they patched the holes and laid the traps and the noises are gone. There is no more rodents in the house! They are also very responsive and responsible for our call. We used to call terminix but they ended up sending signature home here anyway. Why need the middleman when you can call these guys directly instead?
Have used Mrs. Bugfree for many years. Phil has typically been our technician. My daughter's cat has been with us now for a few weeks, and I noticed after Phil had left that he had emptied and turned upside down the water bowls to ensure that the cat wouldn't drink contaminated water. I felt that was going above and beyond, since it was my error leaving them outside. I highly recommend them.

Had an emergency with bees in a fireplace, it was a closed wood stove yet somehow many of them ended up in the family room. We called, they came, and were very professional, communicative. They vacuumed out the surviving bees, cleaned up those that didn't make it, AND put a preventative screen on the chimney. I called in the morning and the situation was taken care of by 1:30pm. I went to another clinic and was told that I had to get a crown for my tooth. I was okay with doing a crown at first, but then I was told by a family member that I could do a filling instead. I called that clinic and asked about doing a filling - they said no, and said that the tooth had a cavity (I did not have much trust in what they said).
I called this clinic and scheduled an appointment. They agreed to do a filling on it. After the procedure, I was a bit in shock - I had some pain when I clamped my teeth together (after the numbing went away). Slowly, I began to understand: hot food aggravates and soft food eases. Hopefully, this review helps.

Dr Steve is one of the experts in his field. His pleasant and engaging demeanor will also put you at ease right away. He's very focused on helping you recover fast and in addition to chiropractic treatment he usually has suggestions on lifestyle changes. We changed our pillows on his advice and that has been a game changer for quality of sleep. Through his motivation I was able to eliminate the need for visiting him but I do take my mom in for adjustments once in a while. I highly recommend him!
When I first saw Dr. Martinez, I was walking with a cane. I have a herniated disc and my L5 nerve root was being pinched. Every day was pain. It’s been nearly two years and I’m mostly pain free.
I have two bulging discs and had a recent herniation in October. I did 4 months of PT, Accupunture, medications, massage. Nothing helped with my pain until I started seeing Dr Razz in January. I was scheduled to get steroid injections into my spine and I have since cancelled the procedure. I genuinely wish I had found him sooner and hadn't waited so long. My dog is a patient of Dr Hedden and when my dog was not herself, we called central animal hospital and were able to get her in for an appointment the next day (they actually had a cancellation and could have seen her that day, but we were not available at the time to bring her in) Although I had suspicions she (my dog) had something caught in her throat, over the phone the symptoms I described made the doctor think it could possibly be kennel cough, but after bringing her in and upon further assessment, Dr Hedden was concerned it was something more and wanted to have lab work, and XRay for further evaluation and diagnosis. Because she had not eaten or drank over the past day+, she was showing signs of dehydration and needed IV fluids as well. She was “hospitalized” for the morning and afternoon with the previously mentioned tests and IV fluids and results came back with pancreatitis. She’s now home with us, still not fully recovered (this all took place on Monday/Tuesday, and it is now Thursday), but at least she is excited for walks again, eating/drinking, and pooping! Her energy levels are still low, but she is still going through her course of GI meds and anti-nausea meds. I’m so grateful for the staff and doctors who took care of my dog with prompt treatment and with the wonderful care they provided!

I have been going for massages and acupuncture since I was a teenager. With tens of years of experiences, I will still have to say Dr. Chen Jing is among the top notch.
1. She is excellent in what she does. I have several very emergent situations that I need some relief for very fast heart beat, fatigue etc. and every time she made it so much better. I've learnt that she was from one of the famous traditional Chinese medicine school in Sichuan, and she graduated as the first batch of graduates, studying integrative medicine (both Western and traditional medicine). No wonder why she is so so good.
2. She spends so much time with you on each of the visit. Normally it's about 2 hours. When I had severe symptoms it takes 2.5 hours and even occupied some of her lunch time. She is such an angel!! The routine first starts with massage. Normally massage is for relieving the sour muscles, but she pointed with great expertise on the acupressure points tailored to my disease. And then it's acupuncture, and she knows very in-depth techniques. My husband was here once for the neck pain, which he suffered for many years and massage only helped a bit. But right after first treatment by Dr. Chen Jing he has been well for half a year till now!
3. She cares, listens, and never judge. She is a sister in Christ, and she listens so well, and she responds with Wisdom from God. Sometimes she prays for me or with me as well. I feel so blessed to even talk to her. When I was having covid, she called or texted several times to make sure I am ok and taught me how to do acupressure for my self to relieve my symptoms over the phone.
Thank God that you use Dr. Chen Jing to help me get better. It's such a blessing to the community! I hope everyone could realize you could depend on her when you are sick. May God bless her to give enough wisdom when healing. May God bless her in her health so she could serve more.
