I went here for my annual eye exam and I was happy with my experience! I appreciated the thorough exam to make sure that my eyes were healthy and to verify my current prescription was up to date. Dr Dinh also answered all of my questions and gave his honest opinion and feedback. Vee at the front was very sweet and patient. She helped verify that my insurance was covered and also let me know that with my insurance that I had the option to use the coverage towards new eyeglass frames or contact lenses. They have interesting work hours but they are super responsive to voicemails and get back to messages very quickly. I look forward to coming back to future appointments.
Went here for the first time bc I needed a morning appt for contacts and this is now my new fav eye place. Dr Dinh has great bedside manners and is patient with explaining everything. His front office assist is also very nice and accommodating.
My damily and I have been seeing Dr. Dinh for years and we don't plan on changing to another optometrist any time soon. Dr. Dinh is very thorough with the examination and follow ups. His staff are very friendly and always ready to assist. Dr. Dinh is easy to talk to and he DOES listen to all his patients!!! The one thing I like about this office is they don't try to double book the patients for examination on the same day. I never had to wait hours before seeing the doctor!!
