“This is the best place for an eye exam and for purchasing glasses. Dr. Gracie is wonderful. She took the time to explain in detail what each part of the exam was for. No other doctor I've been to has done that. Suzanne was great about helping me choose frames and lenses. This is really her area of expertise. She knew exactly what frames would look good on me. And finally the price for my exam and purchasing 2 pairs of glasses was less than when I went to a private practice and purchased one pair. And Target was not even in my insurance network. I will definitely be a repeat customer.“

“I was looking for a place nearby to repair my daughter's glasses. I didn't have time to trek to Costco like i usually would've. I walked in and received a warm welcome from one staff member. She asked what I needed and I explained. She then handed my daughter's glasses off to another friendly staff member. He took a look at the glasses and said, "I think I can fix these." A few minutes later, mission accomplished. I asked him how much the repair cost and he said there wasn't any cost. I was amazed. Thanks so much for the fantastic service!“

“This review is for Scott who fixed my prescription sunglasses. I felt a little intimidated showing up at an optometrist's office asking for help with fixing my prescription sunglasses where a screw came out (will be on vacation for a few days so didn't have time to order a new pair, etc.). This wasn't where I received my sunglasses initially, but I knew about this place since my husband is a patient and is nearby to us. When I entered, Scott immediately asked what brought me in and was super friendly to the point I didn't feel as silly asking for assistance. No questions asked or any judgment. He received my consent and understanding that there's always a risk with fixing. He was very attentive, quick, and careful -- and -- offered to tighten the glasses I was wearing! Scott is truly a gem on their team.“

“I went here for my annual eye exam and I was happy with my experience! I appreciated the thorough exam to make sure that my eyes were healthy and to verify my current prescription was up to date. Dr Dinh also answered all of my questions and gave his honest opinion and feedback. Vee at the front was very sweet and patient. She helped verify that my insurance was covered and also let me know that with my insurance that I had the option to use the coverage towards new eyeglass frames or contact lenses. They have interesting work hours but they are super responsive to voicemails and get back to messages very quickly. I look forward to coming back to future appointments.“

They have maintained a high level of optometry with Dr. Murray (outstanding care & vision therapy) and Dr. James Shin, Dr. Shin has gone "above and beyond thorough" in his eye exams, his complete explanations of my vision concerns, his comprehensive brilliance as well as referrals for ophthalmology needs. Amy, an office manager, has been there a long time and is quite delightful and competent. Maria is so personable, patient & outstanding with help in choice and fit for glasses. “We love Dr Wada and his staff. Doctor Wada is so easy going and thorough. He will happily answer any questions you have. We have never had any billing issues at this practice. They also never put any type of pressure to buy glasses or pay for additional stuff. This has been the first and only optometry practice we've been to since moving up to Bay Area almost 10 years ago. My only "complaint" is that I wish they were more automated and sent text reminders for appointments.“

“My husband and I are repeat clients. Although we have moved out of state, we squeezed in visit to see Dr. Trang last month while we were in town. My husband has perfect vision so his exam was only an eye exam. My exam was for contact lens. The doctor was professional and was very thorough with both exams. She never rushed and went into great details. Everyone was friendly. Great selections of eyewear.“
“I gave a 4-star rating mainly due to the receptionist being quite rude. I'm unsure if it was a tough morning or related to working on MLK holiday, but her mannerisms and attitude weren't fitting for the first impression of the office. She seemed frustrated when I asked about my prescription and scheduling an appointment. It'd be helpful if the office could remind patients when their prescriptions are expiring, like I've experienced with other doctors' offices. Despite this, I really like the doctor here, and Costco's prices are fantastic!“
