We had a bit of emergency when my daughter’s only glasses were accidentally stepped on by another kid. We needed an urgent appointment because her prescription was just a bit out of date. He managed to squeeze her in and ordered a new pair to arrive in 2 days. Her prescription isn’t easily filled so going to a 1hr place wasn’t an option. He managed to do all of it with a warm smile, patience and didn’t rush us even though his office was jam packed with patients.”
