Excellent attention to customer support and service.
Staff was pleasant and professional. I was called for a reschedule and able to get an appointment at a good time. The exam was quick and easy, the place is clean and well kept, and the doctor did a great job showing and explaining results.
The only downside to this place is that the lobby door stays locked, apparently as a result of thefts, so you have to call the office to be allowed in. I don’t blame them for that problem, this is a busy intersection with a lot of traffic and homeless around, but it is an inconvenience.
Great service and very thorough with the information. Even the doctor steps in to assist the attendants and I definitely admire that. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and for all the help. They even scheduled next year’s appointment. Thank you!
