We've been going to Los Altos Eyecare now for several years. Dr. Ahi has moved locations, but her service and attitude remains the same - friendly, thorough, honest. She doesn't try to upsell or overcharge you for every little thing like other optometry offices. It may be harder to reach her now during the pandemic, but if you send her a few reminder emails, she will always get back to you sooner or later.Dr. Westerbeck is a great new asset to the team there. The most thorough and pleasant eye exam I've ever had. Very accommodating especially during Covid, took my wife and I together with no others in office at the time. No high pressure for upgrading frames. Thanks again, Dr Ahi !

I had a really great experience with Dr Ahi & Dr Westerbeck. I had not had an eye exam in a long time and saw all the great reviews on yelp and decided to make an appointment. They were super accommodating to the day/time I needed. When I went for my appointment it was just me and Dr Ahi and Dr Westerbeck in the office the whole time. I felt super safe and they took really great COVID precautions. It turned out that they were out of network with my insurance (made me sad!). However, I decided to still have them do my eye exam and contact fittings. It was worth it! Everything was explained and they answered all my questions. Excellent patient care!
