Fantastic experience! I went there for the first time and everyone was very friendly and things were explained really well. Dr. Banh was awesome and was super thorough with explanations. Everyone there also asked really genuine questions that made me feel like a person and not just a 30 minute chunk of time. Highly recommend!!

As a new patient, I was a little anxious coming into this office at the end of the year, under a new employer's insurance. And wow, did the staff take care of me! From the very beginning of my visit, it was so clear that they were prioritizing my experience and in making sure that I felt comfortable and informed with my choices. The doc didn't make me feel patronized with my questions, and the staff took their time to help me understand my insurance plan and bills. It's so rare to get this kind of quality with optometrist services these days, and I feel lucky to have found them. I'm going to be a loyal regular patient for years to come!

We received exceptionally professional service at C Sharp. The entire family had their eyes examined there and were impressed with the thoroughness and care of the staff. My frame broke a few months ago, and they replaced it quickly and at no charge. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable.
