Dr. Pham with her staff took the time to get my previous prescription from my previous optometrist and compared it with hers. Then she advised me of her findings. She examined my eyes 45 minutes after dilation was administered, which was a step none of my previous optometrists ever did. These may be the normal eye exam procedures, but I never had these steps done for me before.
