I had been putting off going to the eye doctor for years, but Alex made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the visit. Because of his exceptional service, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks, Alex!
As always, customer service here is spectacular, no pun intended. I got my first glasses here and Ill continue coming back. I've been here several times with upgrades and tweaks and always end up with a smile on my face because of the team behind the counter. Great customer service and a knowledgeable team! Jonni S.
My dad had bent his glasses very far, and I thought they were done for. Alex was very nice and quick to help me, I was in and out in less than 5 and the glasses were fixed! Excellent service!
