Had a wonderful experience getting contacts for the first time. Dr Fan was amazing, and James was incredibly patient with me, and spent almost an hour teaching me how to put them in and take them out!

The optometrist (Debbi Fan) was patient and that made me feel relaxed and not so anxious. She also took her time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the care and attention I received. Highly recommend!
