Everything went without a hitch. Everything Barney promised came true. The installation team arrived on time, were super polite, took extreme care in removing the old hot water tank, did a great job on installation and all in a few hours. We were very impressed but, having dealt with Kirkland when we built our house 25 years ago, knew what to expect and were not dissapointed. It is so nice to deal with a local firm with roots in our community. Kudos to Chris and the crew!

We had Kirkland Cooling and Heating install a new gas log set (G46 NG, 30” burner with safety pilot kit and split oak logs) in our fireplace, and we’re so happy with how it turned out. Mike, who came to do the work, was incredibly polite and patient—he really took the time to make sure everything was just right, which we really appreciated.
Kirkland also installed our HRV system to ventilate the ground floor, and they supplied the return outlets for our large room. It was a big project (we invested about $30,000), but it was absolutely worth it. The difference it’s made in our home is amazing.

My old furnace installed by Kirkland 20 years ago needed replacing. I contacted them and another large Vancouver heating company for quotes. Kirkland was competitive, as has been our previous experiences with them for our old furnace as well as our water heater and gas fireplace. The installation was very quick and neat and the installers were friendly and answered our questions. Overall it was a very good experience and I highly recommend their services.
