We recently had the fill valves of our Toto toilets replaced by Charn. He was personable, diligent, and efficient, and completed the job within the estimated time. After he left we discovered an unexpected leak from one of the toilet tanks. Charn came back another day and successfully resolved the problem. He even phoned a few hours later (after work) to make sure everything was alright. Thanks for being so conscientious, Charn! We are very pleased with Charn's service and the helpful service desk staff who gave a detailed quote and scheduled all the service appointments.

Last week, the shower tub had a problem due to an aging diverter that needed to be replaced, preventing water from reaching the shower head. While it was expected to be an easy fix, an issue arose when putting the switch face back in place—the set screw had a stripped head. Charn Rai, the plumber, patiently attempted to fix it on-site but ultimately decided to repair it at the workshop. He assured a timely return, ensuring we had a working shower that night. Despite the challenges, he successfully completed the job late on Friday, showcasing his professionalism and providing friendly service. A big thank you to him!

Great location for plumbing parts and advice. Gord is super knowledgeable to help find the most affordable solution. It's harder to book their plumbers though if they are in busy seasons.
