AC rough in was already in the attic, but the coolant pipes outside were bent, so considerable work was required to repair them. Attention to detail was evident in this install. The Samsung heat pump unit he ordered is beautifully quiet and efficient. I booked Roberto two months in advance with a deposit for the unit and he came promptly on the appointed date. Friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy, I highly recommend his company.“

“I had a plugged toilet on a late Saturday night. I tried everything I could think of to clear it to no avail. Sunday morning, I phoned Olson plumbing for help. In checking to see if there was someone he could send to our house, the advisor let me know he would phone me back. When he returned the call, we talked about what I had done to try to clear the pipes. He made a couple of suggestions on using one plunger that he considered more effective than another one that I had. He also talked to me about the angles of plunging. I worked on the toilet, while we were talking. Suddenly the pipe cleared and the toilet has been fine ever since. It was such a relief to have the toilet working again. I really appreciated the help.“

They proposed a cost effective solution ($260 Honeywell thermostat suitable for a high efficient 2 stage furnace) - instead of an outrageous $1,500 Lennox thermostat +installation & Service call proposed by another company. They professionally installed it on a timely basis for a very reasonable fee.
