“We had our boiler fail on us just one month after moving into a new place, on Christmas Eve of all evenings! Being an Ashton member, I didn’t hesitate to call Ashton for the service and Japn was promptly at my door on Christmas morning. He spent almost 3 hours diagnosing the problem, he was not in a hurry, but spent time answering all our questions as we were scrambling with a plan to do without hot water and heat.

Japn and Abhi came back the next day (26th) to get the work started, they were thorough, and lay the temporary flooring throughout the entire house to not dirty our space. The work required 2 days and Japn and Prabh completed after the weekend with another 1/2 day of work. Japn was reassuring and very patient with all our questions and concerns.

Becoming an Ashton member in the fall was the best decision as I can only imagine the call out fee for Christmas Day. Although it was not in our plan to have to replace the boiler so quickly, Ashton did it as smoothly as possible. I really am grateful for Japn, he spent many days of this holiday season at our home and we are so glad to have our hot water and heat back!“
