I was having issues with sewer smell issues and my landlord had another company come in. The fixed the issue but it was still smelling like sewer, so I had Reid Brothers come in. Turns out that the previous plumbing company put a lift in backwards, and that was making my entire house smell like sewer!! It was fixed in minites!!! So professional, and great to have come into the home. I'm so happy with the work that was done for me. Thank you so much! I'll never call another plumbing company again! Best ever!!!

I took 3 quotes on a manifold replacement for my heating system. Reid Brothers quoted us a 4 hour job at $1800 plus tax, which was competitive with my other 2 quotes. They sent a team who worked quickly and efficiently to give us a 1st class repair in 2.5 hours (1.5 hours ahead of schedule). The invoice came in at $1125 plus tax, 37.5% below budget. Needless to say we were very impressed by the excellent work! 5 stars! Well earned!
We replaced our hot water tank today using Reid Brothers skilled and friendly staff. Kudos to Joe and Johnny for their efficiency and attention to detail. They were remarkably thorough and in the process found a leak and replaced a valve in addition to putting in the new tank. They also took the time to patiently explain everything to me. A thoroughly painless process. Reid Brothers obviously takes care to hire only the best people.
