Jim from Quick Plumbing seemed good when I first called him. He installed a new hot water tank for me and did a few other small things. However, shortly after, the pilot light went out. When I called he said it was probably "a draft," Rubbish - never had this problem with the old tank. Either the tank was faulty or the installation is. Pilot light goes out at least once a week, sometimes more often. Jim refuses to honour the warranty or his workmanship - won't respond to my calls or emails. Very unprofessional!
