Worst experience ever. Run!!!! Not professional. Very expensive. Irresponsible. Impossible to get the refund. It took them 3 hours and took down my toilet to conclude we can't fix your issue. And they charged me 600+ for the visit. I had to call another plumber coming in and it was just a matter of toilet cloak which took 30 minutes to fix. Then I called them to ask for a refund because their diagnosis was completely wrong. They emailed me that they will refund me but that was 2 weeks ago and it never happened. I called more than 5 times, and they either avoid my calls or said they will call me back and never did.

Mr. Curtis, Instead of checking with your colleagues, you choose to reply in such a way to imply that someone is falsely accusing your lack of service. I called you guys twice to follow up in May and until now, I still haven't receiced the call back yet. You idoit! How many clients you have with a compressor problem in May. Go ask your shop manager. Stop missleading.

I was really impressed with this company. First off they are only a few blocks away so I thought that would be an advantage and it was. Meagan who answered the phone was very cheerful and friendly. She asked me when would I like to have a plumber and I said today if possible, expecting to be brushed off until later in the week (upcoming holiday in two days). She said "great we can have somebody there in a couple of hours". and she was right, they even came ahead of schedule. Jeffrey was a nice young plumber who got right on the job and took care of a couple of small jobs very quickly. We were so happy to have immediate attention, and get the problem solved.
