General Heating (Roni - maintenance tech) knew how to fix my old time fireplace. They found the replacement parts installed them and check the overall safety and function of the machine. Rates were very good, Roni was pleasant, well mannered, reliable. I have recommended this company to many people that I know have fireplaces, but they also service a full range of heating and cooling units. Good people.
We truly recommend General Heating for AC install and services. Since we got our AC installed several years ago, Roni has been an excellent tech answering our questions and maintaining our AC. Recently, he actually made a last minute service call for our AC cause it was leaking water from the pump. He resolved it quickly and with care. Thank you!

From the beginning, Roni was extremely responsible, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with the product and the installation process. His team of installers was excellent — punctual, respectful, very clean, and accurate with their work.
