After a very disappointing experience at Burnaby Canada computer location, where my laptop issue was not handled properly, I came to the Port Coquitlam store feeling frustrated and discouraged. From the moment I arrived, the difference in customer service was obvious.

“The most incredible, honest and efficient service I’ve used. Computer was destroyed by some stupid mistake and I called them to see if they would be able to salvage it at all.
