Purchased an open box pre-built PC here that had almost the exact build that I wanted. Within the first year there was a problem that came up with the RAM sticks. When I brought it in the staff ran a stress test found out the issue and replaced the RAM sticks with an even better version. Problems can happen and I appreciate the hassle free warranty fix. PC runs beautifully.

They are always friendly and helpful. They have fixed my problem every time. Plus, they don't charge an arm and a leg. Also, in a very timely manner.
One of the best parts I just discovered was their waiting area. OMG! next level. A nice, big full-body massage chair. The only thing that would have made it better is if they put a TV screen with fish swimming around and played some beautiful music (maybe I would have bought a TV) I would wait for hours. lol

Very impressed with the service. Had to return a Graphics card that did not fit, no problems doing so, and Trevor (the in-store tech), went out of his way to help find something that would work for me even though they themselves didn't carry anything that would. Will definitely be buying my next machine there.
