I don’t usually write reviews, but these guys deserve one.

A few weeks ago I was calling around looking for a replacement fan for my computer. Parm took the time to explain that the part I needed was probably only available on AliExpress and gave me some helpful advice, even though he knew it wouldn’t lead to a sale.

That really stuck with me. So when I needed a new phone case and screen protector today, I came here instead.

Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. It’s nice to find a store that actually takes the time to help people instead of just trying to sell them something.

I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a phone number from Paul at O2 Computers, at first i was nervous and cautious. Transition and porting process was longer then expected. Paul was extremely helpful and assuring the entire time. Answered my calls and queries promptly. I was very happy with his customer service.

Had a great experience at O2 Computers! The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were honest about what I needed (and didn’t try to upsell), and the service was fast and reliable. My issue was fixed quickly and at a fair price. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend if you need computer repairs or tech help!
