“The staff is good and helpful and the store is well stocked. That said, I purchased a CPU and memory board that was installed for me. Upon returning it, they said the CPU had a pin bent. I still don't know whether that was a fault on their end or mine, but they didn't refund it. They did repair it eventually, although I think the CPU was still working regardless.“
