Keith Thompson is the most professional man I have had the pleasure of doing business with in years, not only did he uninstall the malware on my computer, he also installed software to prevent nefarious web-sites that I visit from time to time from tracking me and creating a profile. He charges reasonable rates and even threw in a free wifi dongle when I told him I didn't have one.
Keith Amazing! I wonder how the store looks now after the LTT episode. Maybe the tech is more modern now, and he seems like a nice guy! Pleasure doing business.
