I had issues with my Epson WF-7720 printer head which I couldn't resolve myself. Found 2nd Millennium and took it there. The printer repair was done fast and at a reasonable cost and Iqbal was very courteous indeed. I highly recommend 2nd Millennium and will definitely recommend to my friends.

I asked about software questions with Canon ImageRunner printer and the company called me when available and answered my inquiry. I didn't even think about using a USB cable to enable the scanner, 2nd Millennium, MIC drop!! Just great!

I called regarding my inkjet printer with a printer head problem. Iqbaal was so kind as to inform me that it was a typical issue with inkjets older than 5 years old, and that it would continue to decline and require more repairs. He recommended not repairing it and instead, to purchase a new one. He even gave me some tips on what to look for in purchasing a laser jet. The conversation with Iqbaal ended with me wishing I gave him some business! I send him good karma all day long!
