My son broke his laptop screen. We took it to the place we bought it from and they said it could take up to 2 months to get it back and recommended trying TriCity Computers for the repair. They were so friendly and were able to get the parts needed- we had the laptop back in 2 days. We are so grateful that we were recommended to them! Excellent service. Tried a DIY replace a battery on my laptop and managed to tear off a connector. Was hoping they could solder it back in place. They could have but the damage was more than could be fixed. Quick diagnosis, honest answer - no false hope - and no charge. I’ll 100% be back if I need repairs again. No more DIY.
It’s surprisingly hard to find someone trustworthy to fix a kid’s laptop. Tricity Computers came recommended to me by Canada Computers as specialists in laptop repairs, so I decided to give them a try. I was genuinely impressed by their customer service. They listened, took the issue seriously, and didn’t dismiss the job the way several other places had simply because it wasn’t “worth their time.”
