I recently visited this Best Buy to port my SIM, and I had the pleasure of interacting with a helpful employee named Van. She provided outstanding assistance throughout the process, addressing all my queries with patience and expertise. Van's exceptional customer service skills made my visit to Best Buy a breeze. It's employees like her who elevate the shopping experience. I greatly appreciate her dedication to customer satisfaction. Kudos to Van and Best Buy for their top-notch service!

This place is decent for a in and out experience.. not to take your time. You can easily navigate the aisles, and everything seems to be in the right place, but I wouldn't say this is the nicest Best Buy I've been to, and if I could spend a little more gas money to go to a nicer location, I would. This place has also got that warehouse type feel, hence why I wouldn't take time inside.The prices are the same in every Best Buy, and almost every electronics store, so there's nothing much to worry about if your trying to look for the cheapest place to buy your family a gift, but I wouldn't say stop looking for those cheap deals.I recommend this location for people who know...read full review

Had a great experience here with the manager Manjot and associate Yang at customer service. They both went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with my child's Nintendo switch game. I hope that they get recognized for their hard work. Keep up the great work guys!!!
