Absolutely amazing customer service from a young lady named Noor ! You rarely ever get eye contact nor a smile anymore but Noor was very engaged knowledgeable happy informative and running two departments at the time when we needed assistance. She ended up saving us big chunk of money and suggesting what she would advise accordingly to what our needs were for a cell phone service provider because she actually listened to our concerns.
