The overall atmosphere was pleasant, in contrast to other locations. Customers also appreciated the prompt and professional service from management and tech support staff, making it a recommended place for computer purchases and tech support needs.
Despite, quick response to issue with desk top, still required further diagnostic work. I took that to another branch- due to other reasons to visit the area of that branch in Burnaby.
I bought a computer here for my son and the warranty. He broke the screen and they covered the labor to replace it and helped me get a great deal on the replacement part. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, highly recommended if you're in need of a computer or some cool Gundam model kits.
Madelyn (I think was their name), helped me build a new pc with some old parts and new parts, paid $100 for the same day build fee which I think is pretty reasonable. Everything works perfectly and it was a good experience.
