I called a different location about an access point and the staff member didn't seem to know much at all.
I called this location and Mike was super helpful. He knew the products and had some great advice for my future proofing as well.
I don't live near a store so I ordered the AP online. Their shipping was very quick.
Staff was good. Monitor I purchased wasn't listed as used online, didn't know it was a floor model until picking it up. Came with some cables missing and not in original box.
Despite, quick response to issue with desk top, still required further diagnostic work. I took that to another branch- due to other reasons to visit the area of that branch in Burnaby.
