I brought my MacBook Pro to Max Pro-Tech thinking that a battery replacement was all that was required. Turned out that the problem was not so simple as I was in reality having a motherboard issue. Despite a more complicated problem I still had my laptop returned in a timely fashion and I was charged a very reasonable fee. Communication was top notch. I willmost definitely recommend this business to any friend who needs computer support. Thank you so much Max for such excellent service.

Max fixed my laptop. He is so nice and professional, I searched his site from google map, and send him sms. He replied my his schedule time and told me when he will be at office. we met at his apt lobby. He took my laptop and give me a repair quote next day. waited parts order about 3 weeks. finally repaired my laptop. The price is fair. I give him a 5 star rate.
