My PC randomly rebooted to a blue screen asking for a usb boot drive. After trying several things they diagnosed a faulty ram port causing the issue and removing one stick let it boot back up. They walked me through everything and were extremely professional and friendly. If anything else happens with any of my computers I will be coming back.
Never disappointed that's why I have been using them for over 20 years. Won't go anywhere else. Joe, Sheila please don't ever retire!
I had a battery issue with my laptop, and Joe very generously shared his expertise and helpful advice on the phone free of charge, just out of kindness. Very experienced and knowledgeable but more importantly, interested in helping people get quality service at a reasonable price.
