The whole install took less than 4 hours and he was working all by himself, mostly, until the very end! He was timely in his email responses and punctual for the appointment. “Nice spot with a great view overlooking the Art Gallery — the location alone makes it worth a visit.

The space is interesting and has a unique vibe, especially if you’re into tech and creative setups.

That said, the customer service could definitely be improved. The staff didn’t feel very welcoming, which takes away from the overall experience.

Still, for the location and atmosphere, it’s a place worth checking out.

“Very quick and effective service. Late Sunday afternoon, I spilled some coffee on my laptop keyboard, so looked around for local repair shops that might be open. I found this one, heard back from downtown location by text within 20 minutes, willing to set me up with a technician on the North Shore. Their location here was closed, so they offered I could go downtown the next day, or meet a mobile technician here for immediate help. I was offered $50 coupon if I wanted to go downtown, but I decided on the immediate solution. The company gave me a service ticket, I met the technician, Ali, and my laptop was assessed for liquid damage, I paid $150 plus tax, laptop was cleaned and returned to me that same evening, inside a couple of hours, in working order.
