I live about 10,000 kms away, but a friend needed some help with reformatting and data transfer. These guys were fantastic. I arranged everything by phone and my friend just had to drop the drive off and pick it up when done. Fast service, too. Overnight almost. They even did some coaching by phone to help get it working at home. I asked them to help with another problem my friend is having that the big name Geek outfit took money for without fixing it. Hopefully that goes as well as the data transfer. I'm a happy camper!
