Been meaning to write this review for a while. I had them look into recovering my hard drive which suddenly went down in the fall last year. Just was dealing with lots of things so was unable to get someone to look into it. I eventually dropped it over the Xmas period and then they diligently went about the process to recover the files that were meaningful to me and by early Feb they provided me with the backup of my recovered hard drive. Thanks for the great effort. I really appreciate the persistence.
