Picked this up from Memory Express and had a really solid experience. Staff were nice, knew what they were talking about. Prices were fair and they had good stock, so the whole process was quick and easy. We bought the The MAG 272QPW QD-OLED X28 which is honestly insane. Colors pop like crazy, blacks are super deep, and everything just looks clean and sharp. Gaming feels really smooth with the high refresh rate, and even just watching videos looks way better. Definitely a big upgrade—no regrets at all.
The team at this location is awesome. Very personable and dedicated to helping the customer. Special thanks to Christina for helping me throughout the process from originally trying to buy the parts myself to fix my bricked PC to booking me in with their technician to save me a headache. The technician, John, was very knowledgeable and it took him no time at all to figure out the issue and fix the problem for me. Overall great experience and it was all done on a very fair price.
