Just a really great store. Their repair techs are knowledgeable, and they always have a pretty good stock (and always seem to have some sale or another running, to boot!).I recently had an issue with a stuck GPU (embarrassing, I know), and they helped out without making fun of me, or making me feel as stupid as I already felt from making the mistake. So, yeah, really awesome store. Absolutely recommended.

1st time customer today, looking to build my own PC at the moment, bought a case but having some trouble deciding on parts, staff were amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - super impressed, definitely will be coming back to get more components and a build after today. Great place to go, would highly recommend based on my visit today.

I have been to ME a number of times and have always been in and out pretty quickly. This time however, I had a compatibility issue upgrading my RAM. John took the time to work out the details with me onsite as I had brought in my tower. He was very professional, we had a great conversation and we ended up solving the issue together (I even learned a few things) Thanks again and I will be back!
