Quick and easy, I walked in, was greeted and went straight to the counter. Probably gave the cpu part number a little too fast, but the woman working the counter typed everything in quick and then left to grab what I asked for. They are very efficient.
Service department here is top-notch. Ive been screwed over and price gouged before at other computer shops in the city (specifically Concept Computers in North Vancouver), but not here. Im a very paranoid pc owner due to the cost of new parts, but here I can put my fears to rest. Dan in the service dept is more than willing to give his time and care into his repair projects, and I need not worry knowing my pc's will be taken care of for a fair price by an expert. Sales staff isnt quite as friendly, but still pretty good. Can't recommend Dan in service enough; definetely give them a call if you need repairs done; affordable diagnostic fee too!
Went in to get a new PC. Was greeted by staff when walking in. Ended up working with a guy named Mickey. They listened to what I was looking for, was patient with my questions, and helped educate me both on differences of hardware as well as parts I knew nothing about. They provided a range of computers within my budget (even offering to build one as an option) and were never pushy about what to get, letting me chose for myself with the knowledge they provided.
