Came out the next day when our home warranty company couldn't find anyone to fix our thermostat and even called to let us know he was running late. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and then worked patiently with my warranty company to try to get me paid (they wasted 45 minutes of his time). Again, we won't use anyone else.“

“Had our units serviced 3 months ago by Bergs. Yesterday we had a home inspection and it was found the the service tech did not even clean the fan blades on the unit in our attic. Called Bergs and was told we are outside the 30 warranty period so they would charge $75 to come back out and finish the job their tech neglected. Climbing into my attic to inspect his job should not have to be done. I paid $300 to service all units and I am told the dust on the blades could've accumulated to that level in that short period of time is wrong. Unfortunately they have lost a customer that has used their services for over 30 years.
