I'm very happy with my new water softener and conditioner. Marty our plumber from Intelligent Design did exemplary work on the installation of our new appliance and he removed the old broken down and leaking water softener cleaning up as he went. Due to Marty's help, we got the installation done the day after the old softener broke down! I'm impressed with the reliability and follow through that Intelligent Design does no matter if it's HVAC, electric or plumbing. Marty was wonderful. He is hard working, very polite and respectful of property and sensitive to the water needs of the household. The model of water softener is favored by ID due to length of warranty, reliability and quality of the water. Marty's office is efficient and accessible. I've never been put on hold waiting for a chat bot to stop talking. Call Intelligent Design for all your plumbing needs.

Intelligent Design came today, on time and efficient. Elyjah Hicks was my technician. He was on time, polite, professional and very efficient. He was completed in the time he estimated and he showed me everything that he did to my furnace. Again, my review is excellent for this company. From the first contact with the office to the completion of the job. I cannot ask for more. Thank you.

Finally an honest ac repair man! Had three others out before him, non really fixed or addressed the underlying issues. I have an older system, he described everything and laid out a couple of options. Very knowledgeable and an excellent trouble shooter. If the rest of the techs at intelligent design are like him, they have a great company.
