Kyle and Alex were fantastic! They came and listened to what I was experiencing with my AC unit and got right to work at 4:30 pm when most are leaving for the day. They identified the issue very quickly and spent extra time confirming that there were no further underlying issues. During the process they were very professional and courteous.I really appreciate all that the Intelligent Design company does for us and am so grateful that we found them. I recommend this company highly, everything was done as specified and on time. The install crew was excellent and very professional, and I appreciated the information Andrew provided before we contracted the install.

We had Jacob Jameson over to our house to give us a quote on installing the Desert Shield Home System. First of all, the person that gives you your quote is the same person who sells you the system and the same person who installs it. He was very knowledgeable on how the install process will go. He was also very knowledgeable on the various products and services they offer. He spent about an hour at our house answering our questions. Best of all, at no point did it feel like he was pressuring us into making a decision right then and there. He allowed us the time we need to make a decision.
