I always feel comfortable when Tom is my service tech. He doesn’t try to BS me and I trust what he has to say because he provides me options and explains what the issue is. He is courteous, reliable and quick.
Recently David Cota convinced me that it was time to replace one of our older AC systems and a water heater. He was persuasive and shortly thereafter Hector Rodriquez and Jaime Lizarraga showed up with a truck load of components. Both worked carefully and diligently to install our new systems. They cleaned up well and left us hoping that our energy bills will show some improvement. Good job.

The unit and its parts were working in a normal condition. I will monitor the sound and if it gets worse , I will notify you.
The exterior south panel cover was re secured and it's proper position
