Walking into a business for the first time, one can never know what to expect. However, I can honestly say from the moment I walked in, I was treated like family and greeted with a smile.Jay was very busy. Yet he took the time to shake my hand and speak with me. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me all the info I needed. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Manny Lagarda has visited my home twice since I moved in. I always learn something new from him, and his service is excellent. Friendly, professional, and efficient work is what convinced me to officially have Platinum handle the service for my aging heater/AC unit. Can't say enough good about Manny's visits to my home.

Maxx from Platinum Air Heating & Cooling was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly and took pictures so I could see what was going on. I suggest their yearly maintenance plan. It covers visits during the week and also give 30% off on parts. I highly recommend them.Service: A/C system repair
