I can’t say enough good things about Dynamic comfort and its employees. I had been using another company for my rentals and began switching over to Dynamic comfort. Recently, I was left very disappointed with the other company’s service I was using for one rental (as I still had a contract with them regarding that property) and said to heck with them! I’m calling Dynamic Comfort! One of their AC technicians Ronnie came for a last minute call and helped put all my anxiety at ease regarding my AC unit and thermostat. Telephone response was fast and courteous. Service was professional, honest and efficient - everything you want when it’s hot and your air conditioning isn’t working! Nate arrived on time. He assessed the problems. He showed us the issues inside our heat pump and clearly explained a few options for going forward. We weren’t pressured in any one direction. We are definitely 100% satisfied customers. Thank you!
Nate provided great customer service. He was efficient and honest. After a bad example experience a different company I was happy to have an HVAC company be kind, do a through inspection and provide affordable solutions that wouldn’t require a 10 yea loan and multiple other services to fix.
