We have had years of excellent service from the Carlson Company: AC/evaporative cooler/furnace/plumbing--they can do it all! Their customer service is outstanding! Late on Friday afternoon, I had to call about a plumbing issue that needed to be resolved before a houseguest arrived in a few days. By 6 p.m., Mike Carlson himself was fixing the issue! I was amazed at how promptly he responded and what a great job he did. We have also had fabulous service on our evaporative cooler and our mini-split AC unit. Wow! So, our AC went out in the morning, with out of state house guests arriving that evening.....Called Mike to explain and he suggested we needed a technician to the house and would get back to us asap.10 minutes later he responded with a tech scheduled to arrive in the next hour or so.Within the hour, Gerard arrived, got to work and diagnosed the problem within minutes.He was bright, courteous, knowledgeable and super efficient.The AC was fixed, checked and running within 30 minutes and has been performing properly ever since.This Carlson experience was truly special.Thank youService: HVAC system maintenance
