Goodfellas AC in Tucson are AMAZING! Their response was immediate, the price reasonable for an entire system replacement (all electric AC with outdoor compressor). Their teams were prompt, efficient, clean and thorough throughout the installation process, even when running into a problem created by the previous 25 year old install. They demonstrated concern for my wellbeing and graciousness above and beyond, and were super patient showing me how to work the new and improved controls so I would be comfortable.

Special mention and EXTRA Kudos to Cole and Josh who resolved a single adjustment needed to keep my home perfectly cooled.

Marty our plumber from Intelligent Design did exemplary work on the installation of our new appliance and he removed the old broken down and leaking water softener cleaning up as he went. Due to Marty's help, we got the installation done the day after the old softener broke down! I'm impressed with the reliability and follow through that Intelligent Design does no matter if it's HVAC, electric or plumbing. Marty was wonderful. He is hard working, very polite and respectful of property and sensitive to the water needs of the household. “After one of the “big guys” quote something like $2,500 to recharge my coolant and replace the fan motor, I called Mission, who sent Scott to my home. Scott inspected the unit and told me it needed 2 pounds of coolant and the fan did not need to be replaced and still had some life in it. I was charged $257, only the necessary work was done and Scott didn’t attempt to upsell me on a “service plan”. When I asked him about the possibility of replacing my AC possibly with a mini-split, he explained that system to me, without talking down to me and without quoting an outrageous price and trying to scare me into getting it.
