Juan came out just hours after I called in the morning. My A/C just stayed that it lost power. I figured it’d be an easy fix. Juan spent almost 4 hours troubleshooting every possible issue. I’m so thankful for such a thorough inspection. I ended up signing up for the club membership (I believe that’s what it’s called). Juan came today to do my maintenance. He is consistent with the high quality work and friendly personality that is the reason I choose Tailored Mechanical for everything I need done. I’ve done business with them for many years and they are always amazing. Juan did everything above and beyond what is expected. He even did a couple of extra little things for me that I really appreciated. I’m so glad he joined the Tailored Mechanical team! I highly recommend Tailored Mechanical and Juan to do exceptional work for anything you need done. You’ll be amazed!

Very positive sales and estimate experience. Thorough evaluation of my needs to find the right fit and address my concerns. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Not the cheapest or the most expensive, but the most reasonable for the quality of the product and services. Thoughtful, hard working and professional installers. Cleaned up after themselves. No complaints!
