“About mid-october, we had Noel from Vail heating and air conditioning come out to do a tune up on our furnace. Upon leaving, Noel noticed a line of cracking along our flat roof polymeric coating and suggested evaluation by our contractor. A week later, the roofing company came out, inspected, and proceeded to repair about 5 feet of fine cracks.
