Outstanding service. Technicians are wonderful. Extremely professional and courteous.They call and let me know they are on their way. Most times ahead of schedule. This is for the regular seasonal tune-up.The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. They work to make appointments fit into my schedule.I had to a have a new unit installed and their pricing was honest and beyond fair.I have also dealt with other companies in Tucson. None have come close to the high quality of service, expertise, and professionalism as B&J.
In a world full of HVAC advertising about "same day service or it's FREE" (trust me there is no such thing as same day service in the summer, and nothing is ever free), it was so refreshing to have B&J look after my home air conditioning needs. I've had the big companies out before. You know - the ones you hear advertising on the radio relying on comedy, irrelevant scientific trivia, or even threats of huge price increases to get your attention. And when you finally have your appointment, they tell you how bad your A/C unit is and how important it is you spend $20,000 on a new one.Well Nick from B&J came to my house right on time on the scheduled date.
