I called Cool Willys early morning on Thursday and a tech arrived mid afternoon. Zevin was amazing. He had good eye contact, and really listened. He seemed genuinely concerned. It was determined that my old (very old) system had finally died. He got it to limp a long though for the rest of that day and most of the night.
I purchased a new system and it was installed by 2 very knowledgeable and polite guys the next morning.

Our technician Noah was great! He allowed us to communicate everything that we were experiencing and got right to work to address all issues. He communicated his findings along the way with pictures and everything! Quickly got our unit cooling again! Thank you Noah!
