Brandon came out to clean our windows within a couple days. Our place is very modern and has several large sliding windows that were in need of cleaning. Wow! She has really helped me grow into the person I always wanted to become. Her extensions are always flawless not to mention how wonderful her people skills are. We got married on 6/8/24. The Glam Squad team was good to work with on my wedding day. The communication from inquiry to the day of was good. Everything had to be done in one long thread of an email so nothing would get lost. Their services and expectations were outlined nicely so I could share it with my people getting their hair/makeup for the wedding. However, they did arrive a few minutes late, but set up quickly. The application of everything was great, makeup lasted all day, hair lasted all day. There was a slight unprofessionalism within the team around clients (too personal stories, language), time management was an issue and we went over 30 minutes. Overall, a decent choice for a smaller town and an on-location set up instead of in their salon.

We really like having Court as our Barber. I am almost afraid to post because I want our appointment slot! LOL. He is great with all ages of kiddos and is able to make them feel comfortable while they are getting their haircut. If you don't have an idea of what you want---you can describe it and he will pull up a photo and then go to work! The vibe is pretty chill----I love the music and the space. I often feel like I have been transported back to the 90s and early 2000s with the music selection----no complaints.

I have curly hair with sections that need to be cut a certain way. It's difficult to find someone who listens to what I tell them about how this is to be done! Thankfully I found Lydia who listened and knew what to do. She told me to come back if she needed to touch it up after my hair dried. I did and came back. She trimmed it with no extra charge. I love my cut / 'style' and I got so many compliments. I'm going back and taking friends with me!!✂️❤️

I always look forward to my visits to Spatique. The staff are welcoming and very capable, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I usually have the exact same treatment (lash tinting) every time, but I've tried some other treatments as well, and they've been really good. Bhumi is a woman who loves to make us women feel beautiful. I've been going to her well over 8 years now. She remembers her customers by name. She may be only one person, but she is a beautiful soul. Very welcoming. Took my cousin there cause she didn't think her eyebrows would ever be the same after a scar that healed. Bhumi did her brows & my sis came out confident and shocked to see the woman did her work. Now my cousin takes herself and her daughter there to get their brows done.

The owner did this i named him Apollo hes a little wanky but i still love him. the owners hands where shaky, and i personally think he went a little to deep (not my first tattoo but my first hand one) first red flag was he didnt ask for id!! He just asked me my age (i look like im 13-15 people say that all the time its not just me thinking that) honestly though i did pay 25 for him and tipped 5 but the he was clean with everything (i hope bc he was using something with ink that he used for other ppl but it had different slots) i did just do a walk in that i had to wait for over an hour for i might have my girl fix it for me

Five stars for service, five stars on attentiveness, five stars on just being incredible humans in an emergency. I’ve had them out to my Flagstaff cabin a couple of times for an old water heater issue. They always get out quickly, handle the issue with honesty, integrity, and as inexpensively as possible, and always always put my mind at ease! Ihad to call them again this morning for a hose bib leak, and Lee as usual put my mind at ease and will be out tomorrow to take care of the issue. Brian was absolutely incredible when he came to fix an issue I had with my electrical outlets in the bathroom. The new center cabinet ended up being too large so it was semi covering the outlets. Brian came out very quickly after my initial call to the office, and was able to take care of this same day. He reused the drywall he cut so we wouldn’t have big holes, and my spouse spackled it & painted. This was the best experience I had with an electrician in town. This company cares about the locals, and really wants to make sure we aren’t forgotten with all of the builders and other contractors in town. Their prices are also the best available, very fair and reasonable! When I need an electrician to service my home again, it will be Goodman Electric! I 100% recommend this company. We had a leaking hose bib on an outside faucet at our home. The fix required cutting out part of a wall to get to the pipes. While another plumber had told us to call a carpenter to do the cutting before they would attempt the repair, Magic Michael from Mammoth came in and completed the entire repair in just under 90 minutes. Wonderful! Michael definitely knows his stuff, took time to explain the entire process, and did a beautiful repair. We highly recommend Mammoth and will ask for Michael next time we need help. ?

Came here to get some spare lumber and wood pieces for my son, who likes learning to carve wood. They were very helpful! The woman who helped us talked to my son at length about wood types, wood safety, which wood was good for carving, etc. They let us pick out some stuff from their firewood pile and then they cut it into smaller pieces for us to fit in my car. We went to Mike's Floor Covering for Vinyl Plank Flooring. Their showroom has a wide variety of product and colors. Mike and his wife Lisa are absolutely amazing, seriously have never worked with a kinder, more professional team and we LOVE to support local businesses. They met our every request. Mike and his crew installed our flooring as soon as they received it. It looks beautiful. They were very respectful, neat, and clean. We highly recommend Mike's Floor Covering. They were the only flooring store in Flagstaff that really took the time to work with us and answer all of our questions without making us feel awkward or uneducated-as this was our first time working with a flooring company. From my first interaction with Mark at Highwood, I knew I found the right person for my project. He was thorough, professional, communicative, and let me know up front how he did business.
We hired Highwood to replace our wood deck, stairs, railings, etc. with composite decking. From the permitting process through final inspection was a pleasure. Mark was great at explaining and educating me on process, options, and code requirements. The completed work easily met or exceeded code requirements.
As is typical with removing structure, we found a few surprises that led to doing some rim joist repair, lighting repair, and ultimately residing the house. Again, Mark and his crew were true professionals at every stage and the craftmanship was outstanding. We added some boulders around the firepit, cleaned up some surrounding landscaping, and painted the house and new siding.
The finished product was better than I expected and we were extremely happy.
Not only would I highly recommend Highwood (and Mark), after relocating to another area, I truly wish Highwood was more closely located because I would have gladly put Mark and his crew back to work at my new location.

Only one word to describe C&M Tree Service...AWESOME! Living in the Pine Canyon area of Flagstaff, large Ponderosa Pines are a typical sight. However, when their branches extend 15 feet over my patio, they become hazardous trees. Chris and his crew removed two such trees for me. One tree had a diameter of almost two feet. It required the use of zip lines to move the cut branches away from the patio and to the chipper machine. The second tree was approximately 1.5 feet in diameter and could be dropped in an open area. Chris and his crew were efficient, and thoroughly cleaned the area of debris. Pricing was fantastic and all I can say is a huge THANK YOU to Chris and his crew.
Arizona Tree Service is definitely a 5 star tree cutting service. Chris came on time. We had some very large Elm trees removed that were near buildings and power lines. Chris and his crew knew how to work around the obstacles. Everything was cleaned up with no mess left behind. I recommend Arizona Tree Service and will use them again.
Wonderful office! I have anxiety about going to the Dentist. Last year when I needed a crown a friend recommended Dr. Elloway. The crown is made in the office the same day; from start to finish it was only 1.5 hours. Minimal numbing and no discomfort.
After the initial cleaning and crown appointment I had a dental emergency and was taken care of very well and promptly.

I got the pleasure of working with Dr. Bacon a few years back so have I have insight from a different perspective than just a client. The work he provided to his clients was nothing short of exceptional and I can't recommend him enough. I saw people walk out of his office in tears from the improvement on their smiles. Beyond providing great work to his clients he also makes his staff who work hard for him feel so important.

Always a pleasant experience when I go in. Dr. Greene does a great job at explaining what is/isn’t needed and has a very gentle touch. The front office lady, Yvette, was helpful in getting me scheduled quickly and my information uploaded. The assistant, Nova, made my X-ray experience painless and comfortable. After my appt, I requested a copy of my X-rays and received them within minutes of asking for them. Very efficient and friendly dental office!

I've been seeing their massage therapist, Phil, for several months now. He's AMAZING! I've had a gnarly kink in my neck for about 5 years, the worst of it being this last year. Over the months he has worked on getting my neck squared away, and it's been getting so much better. I can sleep on my side again! Haha.

I can't say enough about Wes at Hypo2. I had a chronic issue having gone to a couple physical therapist in Phoenix but after meeting with Wes he gave me hope that I can run again without pain and also explained thoroughly what was causing my problem. I had glute amnesia and all my other muscles that I had been trying to run with were so very painful and tight. After a few meetings I started feeling that I was improving . I had hardly any muscle tone on the gluten muscles needed to run efficiently. Strength training snd rolling was very important- I'm now running extensively and scheduled for my second ultra race and a 100 miler this winter. I love what Wes does and two of my running friends have literally drove from Phoenix to meet with him concerning their running issues. Without him I'm sure I'd still be working the aid stations for everyone else's race- now I'm running my own.

Both of the gals in the office were very nice, the assistants and massage therapist were very nice, and Dr. Munderloh cracked me in places I didnt even know i had! He also showed me a few stretching exercises to help the tension in my lower back that I can do at home. Overall my experience today was phenomenal! I booked a follow up on my way out and im looking forward to it greatly! Perfect office to get your problems fixed!
What a remarkably healing experience. Dr. Larsen and his assistant are not only highly skilled and professional, they are also of exceptional integrity. Dr. Larsen is way beyond the education and knowledge of traditional chiropractic. He was respectful in that he educated and informed me along the way as to what he was doing. I felt safe, and in capable hands. I came in with complicated spine, knee and lower leg pain and left feeling much relief. I will definately follow up with him. My gratitude is beyond grateful for this Dr. If you are fortunate enough to receive an appointment with him, you will understand what I can only attempt to express in words.

Can I give more than five stars? I have a vet in the valley I usually take my baby girl to, but we came into a situation I needed a vet up here. Everything happens for a reason... Even if I move back to the valley, the two hour drive back to this clinic is worth it. I love my dog a little too much, I know that and I can recognize that. I was scared for her, although I didn't need to be, and I was torn. They didn't only take care of my pup but me too, lol. They assured me and comforted me. They didn't even rush me out after the check out. They just let me talk about her for a good minute. Made me feel comfortable about our situation. They called me a couple of days later. Made sure she was good. My normal vet doesn't do that, he expects you to update him. Small to intense medical issues I would trust this clinic. And I mean that to the bottom of my heart. My furry little companion is extremely important to me and I would literally put her life in this staffs hand.

Dr. Baker is the very best vet in town. She goes above and beyond to be affordable, considerate, thorough in her examination and diagnosis, and above all, a genuinely kind human being. She has cared for many of my cats and dogs, and is incredibly knowledgeable. It is clear that her number one priority is their health and well-being. She instantly gave me a second opinion when my cat was seeking emergency treatment from another vet while he was clearly losing his life from a mis-diagnosis. She quickly saw him, properly diagnosed him, and he instantly got better. I am eternally grateful, and will continue to encourage anyone in town to go to her for their beloved fur-children. My dogs have seen several of the vets at West Side and it has all been amazing care. One of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer and they were very caring and supportive during the process all the way to the end. When that time came everyone showed so much empathy and kindness and the process was handled so well and made it much easier to handle knowing that they were taking good care of the after life arrangements. I take my dogs that I still have in for all their other appointments and treatments and will continue to do so for them and any future pets I get.
Adopted a stray cat we found in pretty dire straits in Roswell on a road trip from Ohio to Sedona, AZ and they were able to get us in the day of on an emergency visit, got our little guy up to date on all his vaccinations, and were incredibly hospitable through the entire process. Every single member of the staff here are absolute rockstars, I wish they weren't 1500+ miles away from us at home or I would absolutely make them my primary care provider for our cats!

I could tell he knew what he was doing and he did 10x more than I expected. He was intuitive and could tell what muscles needed attention. It also felt like he was sending healing energy. Best massage of my life, and I've had a lot of massages. I just bicycled from San Francisco to Flagstaff, and so my body is pretty wrecked. Carmen put me back together again with the most thoughful and helpful bodywork I've ever received, all in her beautifully appointed studio. She asked all the right questions and applied all the right pressure in all the right places. She also played the most relaxing music, applied the nicest oils and stones, and generally helped me melt into the table. She then sent me back to my hotel with Epsom salts for a good soak. I wish I could take Carmen with me for the rest of my bicycle tour. If you are in Flagstaff, don't pass up the opportunity to have this maestra work on you!

Melissa is very intuitive and talented in the field of Rolfing and Cranial Sacral Therapy. I've seen her for both and would highly recommend. I've been seeing Melissa almost weekly for close to 3 years for cranial sacral sessions. I am affected by a painful neurological disorder that is difficult to treat/control. Melissa's treatments really help me keep this disorder in check so I can function normally most of the time. Todd was the therapist for my wife's sciatica problem, and is now mine for lumbar arthritis. His care is very personal and is tailored for the needs of each patient. The \"hands on\" sessions are very beneficial and you'll leave feeling better, but be prepared to have some \"homework\" of your own to pursue. The home exercises/stretches are also tailored to your specific issue, so you'll need to do your part. I highly recommend Todd and DeRosa PT Eastside.
