I saw Dr. Betsy for chiropractic care during both of my pregnancies and am forever grateful that she agreed to be my doula for my second baby’s birth. Betsy helped me heal from debilitating lower back pain early in my second pregnancy and balance my body for a healthy pregnancy and smooth and fast second birth (after a very long Labor with my first.) She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the pregnant body and birth physiology. Her adjustments are always gentle and felt safe and healing. I can't say enough positive things about Betsy. After a negative experience with a chiropractor following a car accident, I was nervous to take my infant to a chiropractor. Betsy eased every fear. Betsy is incredibly informative. She explains everything thoroughly and asks if you are okay with the treatment before she proceeds, which I really appreciated. Her care for infants is very gentle and minimal. My daughter had a lot of feeding issues and could not take a bottle. After seeing Betsy once, she drank from a bottle the next day! She also greatly improved her comfort in the car seat. We are so grateful for the care that Betsy has provided us.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Betsy. She is VERY knowledgeable and takes her time explaining everything so that you can fully understand your body. She helps you in more ways than just chiropractic that help make your pregnancy and postpartum much more enjoyable! For almost every problem I had, she had an answer that made my body and mind feel better. She’s even helped my baby as well after his journey through the birth canal. — She would also make an amazing doula for anyone out there looking for one in the flagstaff area!
