The staff here are so friendly and supportive. I started doing classes regularly two months ago after not having been active for awhile, and every instructor I've had so far has been really encouraging. I especially recommend Malisa, Lucy, and Emily.

Yoga is… Bruce Bowditch. Bruce was able to conduct a yoga class in an inclusive, edifying, and welcoming way for newbies and seasoned yogis alike. By the end of class I felt at peace and at home in my mind and heart - in a room full of strangers! Overall, I reckon this is a great studio having only gone once. Namaste?

Hands down the best yoga studio in Flagstaff. Each instructor is unique and brings something different to the class. The instructors are passionate about the practice and the studio has a very authentic and genuine feel.
