My husband and I went into Mike’s floor covering show room and ordered outdoor carpeting. We were advised that should be in around July 24. We were told he would email an invoice that day. No invoice was emailed. Around July 24, I called Mike direct and asked about the carpet. He advised me it was not ready yet. We also asked for another invoice and advised Mike we did not get the first one. He advised that he would email the invoice that evening, no invoice was received. About two weeks ago we received a call from Mike saying that the carpet was ready and his workers would be coming to our property to lay the carpet.
