I am loving this studio! I feel so comfortable being myself in Breanna's classes. I just show up and do my best. I'm getting quick results from my efforts too! ?It's so convenient because EVERYTHING I need is already provided with no extra fee. It's Free to use mats, towels, blocks, bath products, & water station. ?

I've been practicing hot yoga since 2011 and have been attending Esenem ever since they first opened in Flagstaff. Despite having to take months off here and there due to my various orthopedic surgeries throughout the years, I have always returned afterwards and not once have I ever been discouraged by an instructor. They have always been uplifting and excited to work with me and any limitations post-op. I am the strongest I have ever been and I wholeheartedly believe that the nurturing environment they provide has contributed to this. The instructors push you to your limit but not past it. This is the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to— I didn’t think I liked hot yoga but now I only like hot yoga. Great classes, great movement. Full workout. You feel so regenerated after. I am so sad it’s apparently temporarily closed :(
