I took my first class at this location, and I did the hot 60 class with Chris S. The set sequence is always amazing, but the way Chris taught made it feel extra special. What an incredible teacher! They are lucky to have him.
Hot 60 with Bailey was amazing!! Well balanced flow and could be modified or amplified for all levels. Great humidity and hot but not too hot. The studio staff was super helpful and friendly. I appreciated the free loaner mat, mat towel and towel to shower after class since I was just passing through Flagstaff and decided to take a class. I’m so happy I did- I will be back next time I’m in town!!
Esenem is an incredible space to practice yoga and explore your fitness journey. It is a safe place and encouraging environment. The amenities are awesome. The ice, towels and organic amenities are a game changer. They don’t penalize you canceling last minute and charge you $$ when you can’t make it. The instructors are knowledgeable and kind. The infrared heaters are the best and benefit your health.
